By using SiteKicker.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate and current information. Any unauthorized use of our services is prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on SiteKicker.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SiteKicker.com and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
4. User Conduct
You may not use our services for unlawful or prohibited activities. You may not interfere with the operation of SiteKicker.com. You must respect the rights of other users.
5. Privacy Policy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
6. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteKicker.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to SiteKicker.com at any time for any violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

11. Usage Charges
Some Site Kicker subscription plans come with free usage credits. When usage credits are consumed, the customer is responsible for additional charges over and above the base price of the subscription plan, and the payment on file will be charged automatically for the overages. Site Kicker usage charges are as follows:
Text/SMS Messages: $0.0119 per segment
MMS Messages: $0.03 per segment
Emails: $0.001 per email
WhatsApp: $0.111 per 24 hour conversation
Outbound Voice Calls: $0.021 per minute
Inbound Voice Calls: $0.0128 per minute
Email Verification: $0.0025 per verification
Local Virtual Phone Line: $1.15/mo each
Toll Free Virtual Phone Line: $2.15/mo each
A2P Low Volume Registration: $20.95 one time fee
A2P Low Volume Monthly fee: : $1.70
Voice AI (Ai Receptionist): $0.195 per minute
Conversation AI: $0.03 per message
Reviews AI: $0.12 per message
Content AI: $0.135 per 1,000 words
Image AI: $0.09 per image
Funnel AI: $1.485 per funnel
Workflow AI: $0.045 per request
Premium Triggers: $0.015 per execution
12. Site Kicker Hyperlink on Website Rental/Leasing Subscriptions
By default all website subscriptions footers will have a hyperlink that reads design by Site Kicker.
13. Performance Growth Guarantee
Site Kicker LLC may offer a performance-based growth guarantee for certain services. This guarantee is conditional and based on the client’s full participation in the system.
The Site Kicker system is designed to generate qualified leads and opportunities sufficient to support $10,000–$20,000+ per month in booked jobs within approximately 120 days, however results may vary based on market conditions, competition, pricing, service quality, and responsiveness to leads..
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for guarantee consideration, the client must:
Maintain a minimum advertising spend of $1,000 per month using Site Kicker’s ad management system
Keep all systems active, including website, CRM, tracking, forms, and communication tools
Use approved advertising materials provided or approved by Site Kicker
Respond to all incoming leads in a timely and reasonable manner
Actively track and manage all leads within the Site Kicker CRM, including opportunity status, job outcomes (won/lost), and associated values
Maintain an active and optimized Google Business Profile, including regular updates and review responses
Maintain reasonable and competitive pricing within their market
Remain a fully operational business capable of fulfilling incoming work
Allow a full 120-day period of continuous operation without interruption
Failure to meet any of the above requirements may void eligibility for the guarantee.
Sales & Revenue Disclaimer
Client acknowledges that Site Kicker provides lead generation tools and systems, not sales services.
Client is solely responsible for pricing, quoting, follow-up, and closing leads. Failure to convert leads into revenue due to pricing, sales performance, or lack of follow-up does not constitute failure of the Site Kicker system.
Typical close rates may range from 30%–50%, but actual results will vary.
Refund & Service Termination
In the event a refund is issued under this guarantee, the client agrees that:
All Site Kicker services will be immediately terminated
The client will lose access to all systems, including but not limited to:
CRM and contact database
Website hosting and pages (if applicable)
Automation workflows, campaigns, and integrations
Phone numbers, messaging systems, and communication tools
Any data, systems, or assets created within the Site Kicker platform remain the property of Site Kicker LLC unless otherwise stated in writing
Refund eligibility applies only to qualifying setup fees, upgrades, and subscription fees, and does not include:
Advertising spend
Third-party costs
Usage-based charges
By accepting a refund, the client agrees to discontinue use of all Site Kicker systems and services. Continued use after a refund is not permitted.
SEO Performance Guarantee
For clients enrolled in plans that include Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Site Kicker LLC may offer a Google Page 1 Visibility Guarantee.
If the client's business does not achieve Google Page 1 visibility within approximately 120 days, Site Kicker LLC may continue providing SEO services at no additional SEO service charge until the visibility objective is achieved. During this period, the client must maintain an active qualifying Site Kicker subscription plan. The monthly SEO service fee included with the client's subscription will be waived until the Google Page 1 Visibility Guarantee has been satisfied, while all other subscription fees, services, and applicable charges remain in effect.
For purposes of this guarantee, Google Page 1 visibility means the client's business appears on the first page of Google search results, whether through the Google Local Map Pack or the organic search results, for one or more qualifying searches reasonably related to the client's business, services, or designated service areas.
Qualifying searches are Google searches that reasonably represent the client's business based on the services offered, designated service areas, and the SEO strategy developed by Site Kicker LLC. Compliance with this guarantee is determined solely by Site Kicker LLC using its selected SEO reporting and ranking platforms.
Google rankings and search visibility may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, user location, proximity to the business, search history, personalization, device type, competition, and changes to Google's algorithms. Manual searches, temporary ranking fluctuations, and third-party ranking tools do not determine whether this guarantee has been satisfied.
The client must maintain an active Site Kicker subscription plan, remain in good standing, and comply with all applicable program requirements throughout the SEO engagement. Failure to maintain an active subscription, timely payment, required participation, or compliance with these Terms may void eligibility for the SEO Performance Guarantee.
This guarantee does not include refunds or credits for SEO fees, subscription fees, advertising spend, third-party services or software, usage-based charges, or any other costs or expenses unless expressly agreed to by Site Kicker LLC in writing.
Resolution
If Site Kicker LLC determines that a client has satisfied all eligibility requirements but the applicable guarantee has not been achieved, Site Kicker LLC may, at its sole discretion, provide one or more of the following remedies:
Continue optimization efforts at no additional cost under the Performance Growth Guarantee;
Continue providing SEO services while waiving only the monthly SEO service fee included with the client's qualifying subscription plan until the Google Page 1 Visibility Guarantee has been satisfied. The client must maintain an active qualifying Site Kicker subscription plan and remain in good standing throughout this period. All other subscription fees, bundled services, advertising management fees, third-party costs, usage-based charges, and applicable fees shall remain due and payable; or
Issue a refund of qualifying setup fees, upgrades, and subscription fees, if applicable under the terms of the Performance Growth Guarantee.
Determination of eligibility for the Performance Growth Guarantee and the SEO Performance Guarantee, including whether the requirements for either guarantee have been satisfied, shall be made solely by Site Kicker LLC using its selected reporting tools, methodologies, and supporting data. Site Kicker LLC's determination shall be final.
